If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, Lift Chair Parts’ high standard of customer service will make things easy.
You may return one or more products within seven days of receiving the order.
In order to request the return of items, you need to enter the number of the order you wish to return. If you are eligible for a return, you can choose between:
- Cash refund
- “Change of item” if the product purchased is not the right one, and we can supply a replacement which better suits your needs.
Lift Chair Parts wishes to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If for some reason customers should not be fully satisfied with the order, they may return one or more articles purchased and receive a refund for the price of the returned product(s). They may alternatively request a “change of item” if the product purchased is not the right one.
In order to return an item, you should check that the conditions have been complied with. Lift Chair Parts will not accept returns that do not meet to all the required conditions.
- Returns shipped from countries other from those to which we ship will not be accepted.
- Any returned items that are not in the same condition in which you received them will not be accepted.
- Returns of tailor-made products are not possible.
You may return one or more products purchased by contacting customer service in writing no later than seven days of receiving the order.
Products returned from the same order must be sent as a single shipment. Lift Chair Parts will not accept returned items from the same order shipped separately.
We reserve the right to refuse returns which are unauthorised, of which we are informed late, which have been shipped late, or of products which are not in the same condition in which you received them.
Returns in four steps:
- Make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them
- Contact customer service in writing, providing the order number, and specify the specific product or products you wish to return.
- Agree on the return shipping date.
- Pack the product(s) in the original box (or an equally sturdy one) in such a way as to cover the original address label.
- Book collection of the items to be returned by your favourite forwarding agent. Please note a tracking shipment is required. We do not assume any responsibility for products lost or damaged during return shipment.
Return and change of item shipment costs are paid by the customer.
